FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you deliver every image that you shoot?
No. Duplicate images, test shots, out of focus shots, and any other images that may reduce the overall quality of the product being delivered are eliminated.
How long will it take to receive our images?
Your gallery will be emailed to you two to three weeks after your session.
What if I want more than the image amount for the chosen package?
Each additional image outside of the allotted amount for the desired package will be an additional $10/image.
Can I keep the images from my session private?
Yes. All clients sign an optional model release before their session. If you would like to keep your images private, please indicate so at this time. For clients that choose to decline the model release, that decision will be respected and their images will remain private.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you do not. You may take your prints to any photo department of your choice. I would recommend purchasing your prints through Jasmine Calandra Photography. Miller's Professional Imaging is who we use to print all images that clients print through us. They are a professional imaging company with great quality.
What happens if there is bad weather or I have an emergency the day of the session?
In case of bad weather or an emergency, there is no additional fee to reschedule.
What if I am late to my session?
If you are late to your session, there will not be any additional time given to make up for the lost time. No refunds will be given.
